At Shubhraangan, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a booking. By making a reservation at Shubhraangan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment and Booking Confirmation
100% payment is required to confirm your booking.
GST is applicable on all prices. If you require a GST Invoice, please provide your GSTIN at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the smooth operation of the resort. The following refund structure applies:
- 100% Refund : Cancellations made more than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the Check-In date will receive a full refund.
- 50% Refund : Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days (1 to 2 weeks) prior to the Check-In date will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund : Cancellations made less than 7 days (1 week) before the Check-In date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Booking Changes
Changes to booking dates can only be made up to 14 days before the Check-In date.
After this period, booking dates cannot be changed, and cancellations will follow the refund policy outlined above.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations that make it impossible to fulfill your booking, Shubhraangan will consider such cases on an individual basis. However, the standard cancellation and refund policy may still apply.
