Payment And Cancellation

  • 100% Payment for booking confirmation.
  • GST is applicable on all prices. Please provide GSTIN for the GST Invoice.
  • Please refer to the Refund Policy for payment and cancellation terms.
  • Booking dates can only be changed 14 days before the Check-In date, not after that.

  • Checkout: 11:00
  • Maximum guests per cabin: 2
  • As part of the protocol, all guests are required to provide a valid government issued Photo ID (AADHAR / Passport / Driver’s License / Voter ID) at the time of CheckIn.
    Please note that according to the govt, PAN Card is not an acceptable Photo ID.
    Foreign Nationals / NRIs can present their Passport along with a valid Visa.
  • Both our cabins is non-smoking. We request you to step outdoors for a smoke.
    Ashtray is available on request. 
  • In case of accidents / injuries, a First Aid Kit is placed at the bottom of the book shelf in your cabin. Contact your host for additional help.
  • Since we’re tucked away from the main market, please book your meals as much in advance as possible (preferably with your booking).
  • For multi-night stays, please get in touch with your host for the housekeeping schedule.
  • We do not serve alcohol. Guests can carry and consume their own without disturbing the neighbouring guests and villagers.
  • Get in touch with your host if you might have visitors or you’d like to plan an event during your stay. We do not allow guests without a confirmed booking to enter the property.
  • Any damages to the property / items on the property will be charged as per actual.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

At Shubhraangan, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a booking. By making a reservation at Shubhraangan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment and Booking Confirmation
100% payment is required to confirm your booking.
GST is applicable on all prices. If you require a GST Invoice, please provide your GSTIN at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the smooth operation of the resort. The following refund structure applies to the standard bookings, NOT on offer bookings:

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the Check-In date will receive a full refund.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days (1 to 2 weeks) before the Check-In date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days (1 week) before the Check-In date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Booking/Date Changes (Standard Bookings)
Changes to booking dates can only be made up to 14 days before the Check-In date.
After this period, booking dates cannot be changed, and cancellations will follow the refund policy outlined above.

4. Bookings Under Special Offers (non-refundable bookings)
Please note that any bookings made under a special offer, promotional deal, or during a sale period are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-rescheduleable under any circumstances.
This policy applies regardless of when the cancellation or change request is made. Customers should be aware of this condition before completing a booking under an offer.

5. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations that make it impossible to fulfill your booking, Shubhraangan will consider such cases on an individual basis. However, the standard cancellation and refund policy may still apply.
