Shubhraangan specializes in curated experiential stays, event planning, and personalized celebration services, including anniversary surprises, proposals, birthday celebrations, and themed events. Our services are experience-based rather than product-based. By using our Website or Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2. Right to Modify
Shubhraangan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

4. Booking & Service Confirmation
– Booking Confirmation: Once you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message detailing your reservation.
– Customization & Coordination: If your package includes decorations or personalized elements, our team will coordinate with you prior to the event.
– Experience Delivery: All events, experiences, and stays will be delivered as per the confirmed booking details. 

5. Payment Terms
– All payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking.
– We accept payments through UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.
– In case of payment failure, the booking will not be processed.
– Additional charges may apply for last-minute modifications or add-ons to your booking.

– You agree to provide accurate and complete information for bookings.
– You must respect the property and follow all venue guidelines.
– You shall not engage in any unlawful activities while availing of our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

– We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Website or Services due to technical disruptions. 

10. Force Majeure
Shubhraangan shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures. 

11. Dispute Resolution
– Any disputes related to our Services shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
– Disputes may first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussions before legal action.

Refund and Return Policy

At Shubhraangan, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a booking. By making a reservation at Shubhraangan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment and Booking Confirmation

100% payment is required to confirm your booking.

GST is applicable on all prices. If you require a GST Invoice, please provide your GSTIN at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the smooth operation of the resort. The following refund structure applies:

  • 100% Refund : Cancellations made more than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the Check-In date will receive a full refund.
  • 50% Refund : Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days (1 to 2 weeks) prior to the Check-In date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund : Cancellations made less than 7 days (1 week) before the Check-In date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Booking Changes

Changes to booking dates can only be made up to 14 days before the Check-In date.

After this period, booking dates cannot be changed, and cancellations will follow the refund policy outlined above.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations that make it impossible to fulfill your booking, Shubhraangan will consider such cases on an individual basis. However, the standard cancellation and refund policy may still apply.

Shipping Policy

1. Service Fulfillment & Delivery

At Shubhraangan, we specialize in curated experiential stays, surprise events, and celebration packages. Since our services are experience-based, there is no physical shipping of products. Instead, we ensure a seamless digital confirmation and service delivery as per the details of your booking.

How We Deliver Your Experience:

Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is placed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with all the event/stay details, including check-in time, itinerary, and inclusions.
Customization & Pre-Event Coordination: If your package includes personalized decorations, surprises, or special requests, our team will coordinate with you in advance to finalize the arrangements.
On-Site Service Delivery: All decorations, setups, and experiences will be executed at the venue before your scheduled arrival.

2. Booking & Digital Delivery Timelines

Instant Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or message within 24 hours of booking.
Event Preparation: For customized setups, our team requires at least 48 hours’ notice before the event date to ensure a flawless experience.

3. Changes & Rescheduling

Modifications: If you need to make any changes to your booking, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Last-Minute Requests: We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests but cannot guarantee availability.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of unavoidable conditions like bad weather, we will offer rescheduling options at no additional cost.
